The OASTDECK Mezzanine Floor System
is the modern way to increase floor space without moving. It has
been in production since 1969 and is now manufactured at Banbury
in the heart of England, to offer a fast and efficient service
throughout the United Knigdom.
Individually designed to suit
clients requirements, OASTDECK is constructed from standard components
all pre-fabricated and finished for easy site assembly. All structures
meet the requirements of the Building Regulations, Codes of Practice,
and are designed in accordance with BS5950.
Our complete package includes
design and technical free site surveys and building regulation
application, complemented by skilled, experienced installation
and management teams.

FIRE PROTECTION
STRUCTURES

Cladding of all
vertical columns using pre-formed steel sheet casing incorporating
fire resistant materials, finished in PVC to a choice of colours.
Suspended ceiling to the entire underside of structure, using 1200x600x15mm
thick fissured tiles, in a white faced metal tee grid system, complete
with vertical facia to all exposed edges using materials to match,
meeting required fire resistance.
